Our Management positions are presently mostly filled by volunteers. This will transition to temporary staff and later, permanent staff as the organization grows

Mr A, Records Officer

The records officer manages and organizes the non-profit's records and documents. They ensure accurate record-keeping, maintain confidentiality, and implement efficient filing systems. Their role includes managing databases and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. and retrieving information when needed

Ms B, Internal Policies Officer

The Internal Policies Officer develops, reviews, and implements internal policies and procedures for the non-profit organization. They ensure that all staff members understand and adhere to these policies, promoting a positive work environment and compliance with legal and ethical standards. Their role involves conducting policy training, updating policies as necessary and addressing policy-related issues

Ms C, Donations & Campaigning Officer

The Donations & Campaigning Officer is responsible for managing the non-profit fundraising efforts and donor relations. They develop and execute fundraising campaigns, engage with potential donors and maintain donor databases. Their role involves coordinating fundraising events, cultivating relationships with supporters, and ensuring effective stewardship of donations

Mr D, External Relations & Resource Officer

The External Relations & Resource Officer is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as partner organizations, government entities, and community members. They identify collaboration opportunities, seek funding sources and represent the non-profit in external meetings and events. Their role includes resource mobilization, networking, and advocating for the organization’s mission

Mr E, Activities & Event Officer

The Activities & Event Officer plans and coordinates activities and events for the non-profit organization. They design engaging programs, manage logistics, and ensure the smooth execution of events. Their role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, securing necessary resources, and evaluating the success of activities and events

Mr F, Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator recruits, trains, and manages volunteers for the non-profit organization. They develop volunteer programs, match volunteers with appropriate opportunities, and provide support and guidance to volunteers. Their role includes coordinating volunteer schedules, recognizing their contributions, and maintaining positive relationships with volunteers

Ms G, Public Imaging & Relations Officer

The Public Imaging & Relations Officer manages the non-profit's public image and handles external communications. They develop and implement communication strategies, create content for media and public platforms, and respond to media or public inquiries. Their role involves enhancing the organization’s reputation, managing its social media presence and promoting positive public relations
